Music & Coaching is registered at the Chamber of Commerce with KVK-number 85196037.
These general terms and conditions apply to all services that Music & Coaching offers. Exceptions to these terms and conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
Medical disclaimer
The coaching and counseling offered by Music & Coaching is intended to support mental and psychological development and not to replace medically necessary treatments. Always discuss physical and/or psychological complaints with a medical professional.
Agreement
You enter into an agreement with Music & Coaching when:
- You have confirmed an offer digitally or in writing
- You have registered via the website, e-mail, in writing or by telephone for a telephone conversation, session, course or workshop
- You have accepted an offer made digitally, in writing, by telephone or verbally
Quotation
Quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless indicated otherwise.
Cancellations
- Cancellation of a coaching session can be done by telephone or e-mail up to 48 hours before the appointment and must be confirmed by Music & Coaching If the client does not cancel at least 48 hours in advance or does not show up for the appointment, the appointment will be charged.
- Appointments that have been canceled too late can still take place online via Teams at the agreed time. If you choose not to make use of this possibility, the appointment will be charged.
- Cancellation of a workshop is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start and must be confirmed by Music & Coaching In case of cancellation within 2 weeks, 50% of the costs of the relevant workshop will be charged. If canceled within 1 week before the start, the full amount will be charged.
Payment
Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made, Muziek & Coaching can appeal to a collection agency. You must reimburse all judicial and extrajudicial costs that Music & Coaching must reasonably incur if payment is not made.
Cancellation by Music & Coaching
If Music & Coaching is unable to give a session due to illness or force majeure, Music & Coaching is authorized to move the session to another moment in consultation.
Postponing a workshop
In case of insufficient participants, Music & Coaching is authorized to cancel or move a workshop to another date.
Liability
If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Music & Coaching than Music & Coaching will do its utmost effort to resolve this. The liability of Music & Coaching does not exceed the agreed invoice amount for that service.

Media

How long we keep your data
